West Lake Marta Station – As the nearest Marta Station within walking distance of the Dixie Hills neighborhood, West Lake is on the Blue Line. There is a surface parking lot with 391 free daily parking spaces, but no overnight parking. West Lake connects local MARTA bus routes. Residential housing and neighborhood parks surround the station.

CSX Police – For emergency issues with CSX trains stopped at the Fairfield Place NW railroad crossing blocking neighborhood access from M.L.K. Jr Dr SW, notify the CSX police at 1-800-232-0144.
EmpowerLine – Free certified professionals and helpful online resources including: Transportation needs, care for a loved one, food and medication delivery, housing, financial assistance, and more.
Habitat for Humanity – Our Repair with Kindness program helps qualified homeowners make critical home repairs that reduce health or safety hazards or improve weatherization. Repairs may include: accessibility improvements, carpentry, roof repairs or replacement, storm windows and doors. As an Aging in Place affiliate, Atlanta Habitat offers additional services to RWK participants aged 55 and over.
KIPP Atlanta Collegiate – A tuition-free, public charter high school located in the Dixie Hills neighborhood focused on pushing all of our scholars to college. KIPP Atlanta Collegiate High School educates more than 750 students in 9th grade through 12th grade.
Legal Aid – A nonprofit law firm that provides free legal services to those who qualify including Housing Law(Evictions, Landlord Repair Issues, Subsidized Housing, Homeownership Issues), Family Law(Domestic Violence, Custody/Visitation, Divorce, Child Support/Alimony), Education Law(Student Discipline, Special Education/IEPs), Consumer Law(Collections, Contracts, Warranties, Loan Problems), Estate Law(Probate, Will, Advanced Directives, Year’s Support, Power of Attorney, Guardianship), Benefits(Social Security, Food Stamps, TANF, Medicaid, Medicare, Unemployment Compensation).
N.O.W. Program – The Grove Park Foundation’s Neighborhood Opportunities for Wealth Program (N.O.W.), is an
economic mobility and affordable housing initiative of the Grove Park Foundation and its partners. The N.O.W. Program is comprised of experienced organizations dedicated to the mission of investing in the lives of individuals and families that live and work in Grove Park and the surrounding neighborhoods.
